Visit the older downtown area at the top of the strip which has been used as the location for many movies such as James Bond and more. While in Las Vegas day trips to see the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam are well worth the journey.

San Francisco

The cruise terminal is the next pier along to Pier 39 which is a huge entertainment, dining and shopping complex. This is situated in the heat of the famous Fisherman's Wharf area where there are lots of bars, fishing boats and restaurants. From here you will see magnificent views of the Golden Gate Bridge and have the opportunity to take a boat trip to visit Alcatraz. Perhaps take the famous cable car over the hill to Union square – the heart of the downtown shopping area of the city.

Spend the day exploring San Francisco. Ride the historic cable cars, visit Chinatown, walk across the Golden Gate Bridge, shop at Union Square, or take a ferry to Alcatraz.

Return your rental car at the airport and board your return flight from San Francisco to the UK, bringing your Classic West USA adventure to an end.
